To generate educational responses, prompts may be processed by AI infrastructure providers solely to return a response to you. That is not the same as “data never leaves your device.” We choose providers and settings carefully, and we describe retention in our Privacy Notice.
Vela Health is a consumer wellness and education product. We are not currently operating as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate for routine consumer use. Do not treat Vela as a substitute for your clinician’s medical record.
