Important: Vela is currently in early access and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Do not enter information you consider Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. We are building toward HIPAA compliance and will update this policy accordingly.

Vela Health, Inc. ("Vela," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vela platform — an AI-powered health information tool for people living with autoimmune conditions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and application.
